Daily Disciplines you need to start practicing now..

Apr 28, 2017

In my experience I have found that there are several…

Daily disciplines that you would benefit from if you were able to practice them every day. Disciplines that could shape the rest of your life, if you choose to practice them. One of the keys to success is consistency and I am seriously pushing the issues home…. IT IS ESSENTIAL to practice these simple daily disciplines in some form or fashion each day!

Your daily rituals for self practicing discipline are as follows….. The three C’s to happiness and success….

  • Choices
  • Chances
  • Changes

I will explain…. Lets start with #choices. You need to practice making choices. Choices that intentionally force you to make decisions. Even when you are hemming and hawing over what to have for lunch. The conscious awareness for the need to make a decision. On some days or at certain moments in your life you will need to make hard choices. The practice you spend in making easy choices will surely help prepare you to be more sound on your decisions for later.

Chances are a big one because I believe it fosters fear.

Fear lurks around the idea of chance and teases the shit out of it. Like a kid to a dog foaming at the mouth for one chance at a bite! #FEAR we talk about all the time and we all agree this is not an easy one. However, keep in mind that no matter what, at the end of the day…. I promise you, that will definitely 100% MISS out on all the chances you don’t take. It’s impossible to know for certain otherwise so if you think you challenge me on that. Than let’s dance! Be brave my beautiful souls, we all know struggle and I am here to lend you that hand to help you out of the abyss!

And finally… #CHANGE and is usually the “other” “BIG” one! Here… I will put it you like this. You can’t make changes if you don’t have to courage to make choices! How do you like them apples?

I won’t bore with the on going examples how we are all guilty to some extent for allowing the three C’s to elude you for so long. It’s not your fault if no one takes the time to educate you. Or show you how and then prove to you that it works… I am living proof and I will stop at nothing to stay elevated on this high. I suggest you get to it!

Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about making my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any points or suggestions? Thank you
